Repatriation Hospital

The project involved painting the entire Day Surgery Unit including nursing stations, shared office spaces and corridors. Significant preparation was required prior to painting and a strategic approach to works to accommodate a busy hospital unit to ensure that the 6 day a week surgery program was not disrupted.

In order to achieve the long awaited outcome for the client, a number of pre planning meetings and daily communication with unit management ensured that the normal routine was not affected. All Furlong operatives on the site had extensive working knowledge of hospital environments and were able to deliver a high quality outcome.

And in the words of our client...

Furlong Painting were able to work through the Unit systematically adopting flexible work times including weekend and out of hours ensuring a minimal impact on our important work. Working with Furlong Painting to get the great results without the headaches was fantastic. I?m sure our patients and their families appreciate the clean comforting feel of the unit and our staff are happier to be working in this fresh and clean environment.
