This brick veneer 2 storey 1960s built apartment block was in need of a general facelift along with minor repairs and a painting proposal to protect the extensive timber trim and refresh the painted brickwork. While maintenance was a primary driver for the painting works it was important that the owner?s investments were also protected.

After a competitive tender process, Furlong Painting were engaged to carry out the nominated works.

What was for us an extensive maintenance project, through their planning, attention to detail and considered site management it was a relatively simple process for Furlong Painting. While the program had its challenges with the need for boom lifts and scaffolds, works were completed with little or no impact on the residents and owners of the property.
