Watsonia Heights PS had a senior school playground that had been in place for many years, that we were interested in revitalising due to flaking paint paint. Furlong Painting were chosen for the project due to their professional and friendly staff, quality paint and reasonable pricing. Our community has been very happy with the result and it has given our playground a new lease on life. The painters were great to work with, very accomodating and showed attention to detail.

- Tony Ryan – Assistant Principal = Watsonia Heights Primary School

Student toilets were looking very old, with tired, cracked and worn flooring, and a ceiling that was peeling and just plain awful. The work your team completed gave the room a bright new look, with students, staff and parents commenting on the quality and ?new? feel of the rooms.
One parent who saw the pictures commented ?Is this even our school??, such was the difference before and after.

- Judy Drew ? Principal ? Albany Rise Primary School

School was looking very tired and needed an entire repaint. Much of it needed resurfacing and complete colour changes. I had heard Tony speak at our Principal conference and had met a number of Principal?s who had spoken highly of him.

The team were professional and respectful of the needs of a school and were able to accommodate working around holidays and classroom needs. The school looks fantastic, the job was completed on time and well within budget. I have already booked them for stage two.?

- Peter Bartley ? Principal – Trinity School Richmond.

Furlong were able to work around a busy school environment with minimal disruptions and minimal room changing. Their high quality of work and pleasant, courteous personnel were easy to deal with, flexible and respectful of our needs

- Deborah Harman – Principal ? Balwyn High School

My experience over many years with Furlong Painting has always been a positive one. The team are always open, honest, and helpful in explaining the pros and cons of different paints, finishes and colours so that I am always able to pick the best product?for the best result within my budget.

I especially like the assistance received before and during the works as well as the follow up after the job has been completed.?

The painting team who complete the work do an excellent job with brilliant attention to detail.? I have never been disappointed by the fast and efficient service provided.

- Colleen McGreal – Principal ?St Macartan?s School

School was looking very tired and needed an entire repaint. Much of it needed resurfacing and complete colour changes. I had heard Tony speak at our Principal conference and had met a number of Principal?s who had spoken highly of him. Tony was a great person to deal with, friendly and reliable and able to offer great advice to on colours and finish. He was always available to drop in or talk to on the phone. Neill, who oversaw the painting managed the team well when they were onsite and were very approachable and accommodating to any of our changing needs.

I would not hesitate to recommend Furlong Painting- the team were professional and respectful of the needs of a school and were able to accommodate working around holidays and classroom needs. The school looks fantastic, the job was completed on time and well within budget. I have already booked them for stage two.

- Peter Bartley (Principal, Trinity School Richmond)

We required painting throughout the interior of classrooms, hallways and administration buildings. We looked to maintain the historical feel given the age of some of our buildings. We also required surface repairs and timber stain matching in stairwells

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention to detail from the initial discussions through to the completion of the required works. Communication was maintained through the process so that we had appropriate time to move classes and inform teachers of progress. Very little impact on the school procedures due to the organization and good will of all concerned. Follow up was excellent. Very Safe work practices ? essential in a school environment.

Price Structure was clear, easy to follow and very competitive. Projects completed within quoted price.

We identify Furlong Painting as a preferred supplier.

- Michael Lane (Principal St Augustine?s PS Yarraville)

We have found Furlong to be professional in all aspects including OH&S and time frames as well as helping out with colour choice. Very satisfied with the end result.

- Tim Sprigg (Facilities Manager ? Doncaster Secondary College)

They met us to ascertain our needs, drew up a plan and schedule that met these needs. An excellent result that worked around the schedule and the needs of the school.

- Margaret Hird (Principal ? Sandringham Primary School)
