VMCH Athelstan Retirement Apartments is a stylish environment whose common areas were beginning to show marks from day to day use.
Unable to close the facility for works to occur, in consultation with the Manager, Furlong Painting implemented a ‘flexible’ works strategy to reduce disruption and ensure day to day living continued, including out of hours works to kitchen, dining and living areas.
Premium grade finishes were selected with low VOC a priority for wall surfaces. A result worthy of a Master Painters Association Award for Excellence.
