Who said independent living areas had to be dull?
External common area surfaces displayed degraded stained timber surfaces exposing substrates to the elements and potential disrepair. Colour tones were fading and losing that ‘life’ that they often provide.
The community required not only a professional understanding of paint coatings and application techniques but also high levels of planning and liaison to be sensitive to the needs of the residents.
Good housekeeping (tools etc), compliant requirements (Police Checks) and friendly dispositions were all necessary to deliver.
